As FNSI at the U.S Embassy in Zambia, seconded to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Zambia, I was a project team member for the development, deployment, training and maintenance of the National Electronic Health Record System, SmartCare, including SmartMonitor which is a SmartCare-to-CRVS linkage project between MOH & The Department of National Registration, Passport and Citizenship, DNRPC. I was also engaged on the development of the Deployment and Helpdesk system for SmartCare, and TDBs data analysis and reporting.
